Don Flinn recently retired as an audit partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he spent 35 years of his career, much of it focused on large public companies. He led PwC’s Atlantic Assurance practice from 2007 to 2022, overseeing all aspects of the business including budgeting, recruiting, compensation, risk management and marketing and sales. In addition to working with the Boards and audit committees of his clients, Don has also continuously volunteered on non-profit Boards since obtaining his CPA designation in 1989. He brings financial expertise, business acumen, strategic and long-term thinking, fact-based decision making and an analytical mindset to the Tema Foundation board.
