Join us for a transformative day of mental health education tailored for individuals in every profession and walk of life – first responders, frontline workers, health care and education professionals, and more.
This year’s conference theme, “Creating Our Own Path: The Importance of Self-Guided Strategies,” is all about empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge to navigate emotional and psychological challenges in their own way. Register early as this event has sold out the past two years.

Conference attendees can reserve a room at the rate of $160 CAN per night + taxes. This rate is available until April 5th, 2025 and has limited capacity. We encourage you to book your room early if required. The room rate includes dates from May 5th – May 7th, 2025 for any guests wishing to arrive early or stay later to explore the area.
